We will contact you and, if necessary, invite you directly for an interview.
We take plenty of time for the interview itself. You can ask your questions and we can get to know you. Depending on the position and function advertised, we will then invite you to a technical interview. After that, we will know whether you are a good fit for our team and how we can integrate you perfectly – if we are mutually interested – and make you fit for your new tasks through on-the-job training.
