Everything under control – right from the start of the project
The processes in the paper industry are complex. The smallest changes in the manufacturing process can have a massive impact on production, efficiency, quality or sustainability. It is therefore all the more important that, prior to any technical innovation or plant investment, you not only keep an eye on the target you are aiming for, but also on the possible effects on the overall process. We support you in this: with our many years of experience and interdisciplinary know-how in the form of studies and sound advice.
Our spectrum ranges from technology consulting in preparation for strategic management decisions to feasibility studies and gap analysis analyses for individual processes. Interdisciplinary know-how is one of our strengths here. We combine a wealth of experience in paper, electrical and environmental engineering with professional analysis methods and tools.
Example: Technical due diligence audit
Let’s say you want to know whether the takeover of a manufacturing site is suitable for your production goals and what the cost of the takeover would be.
In order to provide answers, we first conduct a technical due diligence review in such cases. This includes, for example, on-site visits to survey the technical condition and established processes, a review of the infrastructure, interviews with the existing workforce, if applicable, and a review of regulatory requirements and permits, etc.
As part of a due diligence review, we analyze the data collected to determine the opportunities and risks of your project in the next step. We develop worst- and best-case scenarios, work out implementation concepts and give you a clear recommendation at the end. This is what we mean by: Knowledge gives certainty.
